The State of California and the overall national economy is experiencing unprecedented budgetary shortfalls. Many of the California Superior Courts are also experiencing revenue shortfalls and on-going budget reductions. As a result of this fiscal crisis, the California Superior Courts no longer have sufficient funding to keep the EZLegalFile court form completion program online and available for use after June 30, 2011.

Effective July 1, 2011, for assistance in completing forms for court actions related to small claims, divorce proceedings, domestic violence, evictions or guardianships, you may wish to visit the I-CAN! forms assistance program. This referral to I-CAN! is made solely for your convenience and this Court disclaims any liability from your use of that service. You may also find this link on many of the local California Superior Court web sites.

For those returning customers who wish to access previously completed and saved forms from EZLegalFile, login to this site by using your existing credentials. Your forms should be immediately available. Please note, there may be a non court-related charge to print your previously completed forms.
